Food truck: an opportunity for earn money

  Seasonality should not be underestimated in the street food business. In the spring and summer, people are more likely to walk around town and thus enjoy something quick to eat. Does that mean the off-season food trucks have to go off the streets? Street food owners shouldn't be discouraged - it pays to be active year-round, not just during the warm six months.   Don't disappear from the city! There may have been a few fewer people on the streets since the beginning of October, but the city isn't emptying. This means that still hungry people, encouraged by the sight of the gastronomic trailer, appear on the street. It's worth making sure they're encouraged to stop even if the weather isn't the best.   Just put a canopy in which passers-by can shelter for a while, waiting for a meal.
